These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and betpka ("betpka", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at betpka.cam. These Terms govern your registration, access, and use of all services, games, promotions and content made available through the betpka platform.

betpka is designed as an English-language platform serving Pakistani users who enjoy sports betting, live casino gaming and related entertainment. betpka is not licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority within Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online betting is lawful under applicable local law.

By accessing, browsing or using betpka in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the betpka website, mobile interface, sub-domains and all associated services available at betpka.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform, linked to a unique username and verified identity.
• "Operator" means the entity that operates and administers betpka.cam and all associated betting and gaming services.
• "Services" means all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, instant games, promotional offers and informational content made available through the Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a financial stake placed on a defined outcome through any sports betting market or casino game on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the balance of money held in your Account at any given time, comprising deposits, winnings and bonus balances where applicable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals may be processed, including submission of a valid CNIC, passport or other accepted identity document.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive granted to your Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law or specifically excluded by the Operator.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a User restricts their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

Your use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) clicking any "I Agree", "Register", "Continue" or equivalent confirmation button during the registration process; (b) making a deposit or placing a bet; or (c) accessing any restricted section of the Platform that requires an Account.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms and the betpka Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail with respect to that game or promotion only.

betpka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform or via the registered email address on your Account.

To register and maintain an Account on betpka, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. Age alone does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any related platform operated by betpka.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close associate of betpka or any of its affiliated companies, content providers or software suppliers.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been identified as a problem gambler by any relevant authority or support organisation.
• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on betpka. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betpka will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account details.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betpka support immediately via Live Chat or by contacting [email protected]. betpka reserves the right to suspend the Account pending investigation.

betpka operates a structured Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations under applicable law and its licensing requirements. KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite before any withdrawal may be processed.

The following documents are accepted for identity verification:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document confirming your residential address, issued within the past three months.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, betpka may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account.

betpka reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to withdrawal, or at any point where account activity triggers a review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the betpka Privacy Policy. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by law or the operator's licensing obligations.

Deposits: All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by betpka at the time of transaction. The Platform contextually references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — however these references are for informational context only. They do not constitute an endorsement by those payment providers or a guarantee of availability. Actual supported methods are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. betpka does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification to the satisfaction of betpka.
• A minimum withdrawal amount as displayed in your Account at the time of the request.
• Fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.
• Withdrawal to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified identity.

betpka aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Account help section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. betpka is not responsible for additional delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

All bets placed on betpka are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game or event. These rules are available within each betting market or game interface on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the Operator's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

betpka offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic competitions), football, UFC, esports and other sports. Market availability may vary by event and is subject to change without notice.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets accepted by the system are binding. A bet may not be cancelled or amended by the User once it has been confirmed by the Platform.
• betpka reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a system error, a data feed error, or where the odds or terms of a market were clearly erroneous at the time of acceptance.
• In-play bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. betpka reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant market interface.
• Where a result is subsequently overturned, amended or subject to official protest, the Operator's resolution will follow the official result at the time of settlement unless otherwise stated.

Casino games — including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots and instant games — are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. All games offered through betpka use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-dealer systems provided by contracted studio partners.

betpka may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions — including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates and expiry periods — which are communicated at the point of offer.

General bonus conditions applicable across all betpka promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Each promotion is available once per User, household, IP address or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• betpka reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, contributing games and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Where a User has an active bonus, withdrawal requests may be subject to forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it that have not yet met the wagering requirement, unless the User elects to forfeit the bonus prior to withdrawing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpka Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point.
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider wagering or any other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Operator or other users.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any other non-human means to access, navigate or place bets on the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or vulnerability in the Platform's systems to gain a financial advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or modify any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing betpka staff, agents or other Platform users in any communication channel.

All content on the betpka Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, text, images and layout — is the property of betpka or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.

Any unauthorised use of betpka's intellectual property — including the betpka name, logo or branding — without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpka and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

betpka does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages and third-party infrastructure issues may affect availability at any time.

betpka expressly disclaims any liability for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures beyond our control; incorrect odds resulting from data provider errors where the bet is subsequently voided; or actions taken by payment processors or financial institutions in relation to your deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

betpka is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be undertaken as a means of generating income or recovering from financial hardship.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time-Outs: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.

betpka collects personal and identity data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance and the provision of the Services. Data is not sold to third parties. Processing is limited to the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by betpka, subject to the retention obligations imposed by applicable law and the Operator's licensing requirements. Data requests should be directed to [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpka holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court or regulatory authority, and betpka does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.

betpka reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, betpka will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, a notification within your Account dashboard, or an email to the registered address on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
